I am certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and as a Criminal Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I practice primarily criminal defense at the trial and appellate levels. While I have cases in state and federal civilian courts, my caseload focuses heavily on military law, including courts-martial, administrative separation boards, correction of records (but NOT discharge upgrades), security clearances, and other administrative issues.
