Mr. Adam Michael Gee

I am a Personal Injury and Malpractice Attorney practicing all over New York and Pennsylvania. I started my career as a felony prosecutor with the Chemung County DA's Office, prosecuting the most serious crimes in Chemung County. From there, I became head of the legal department for the Chemung County Department of Social Services, where I supervised an office of seven attorney and was responsible for prosecuting all child abuse, child neglect, juvenile delinquent and PINS cases occurring in Chemung County In 2004, I joined the Ziff Law Firm, where I handle all types of personal injury cases. Throughout my career I have tried more cases to verdict than I can count, and have regularly argued appeals before the appellate courts, including the New York Court of Appeals, NY's highest court. I am admitted in all the courts of New York and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of NY, the Western District of NY, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
