I am a Louisiana-licensed attorney and the founder of Zeroed In Legal Solutions, LLC. With more than 30 years of legal experience in government service and firearms laws and regulations, my career has focused on simplifying complex legal concepts for professionals, clients, and colleagues. During my 22 years with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), I held roles such as Division Counsel for multiple divisions across the country, Deputy Chief of the Leadership & Professional Development Branch, and Legal Instructor at the National Academy. I have provided guidance on intricate legal matters related to federal firearms laws and regulations, handling domestic and international legal issues in criminal, civil, and administrative contexts for decades. I have developed and presented hundreds of hours of training, both basic and advanced, and have been honored with the U.S. Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award, the ATF Director’s Award, and the Chief Counsel’s Professional Development Awards for my contributions to training. Before my time with the ATF, I spent 14 years as an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans and worked in private practice representing businesses and individuals. Today, my team and I offer a wide range of compliance-focused legal consulting services to FFLs, manufacturers, importers, individuals, and attorneys.
