Aaron Mark Zeisler

Aaron M. Zeisler, founding member of Zeisler PLLC, is a trial and appellate lawyer who counsels clients on litigation matters, dispute resolution, trade secrets, real property and intellectual property law. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes, trade secret claims, business torts, real estate disputes and claims of copyright, libel and slander. Mr. Zeisler has represented clients in numerous state and federal courts throughout the country, both at the trial and appellate level, and has handled arbitrations and mediations before the AAA, ICDR, private mediation services and court-assisted mediation programs. He has specific experience in disputes involving technology and financial instruments. Mr. Zeisler also counsels clients on enforcing judgments, litigation avoidance, employment contracts and licensing agreements.
