Leticia is the founder and managing partner of Zecca Ross Law Firm, a law firm specialized in helping business owners navigate compliance, tax, contracts, commercial, and business litigation issues. In her role, she works closely with startup ecosystems and thrives on guiding visionary founders through the complexities of structuring their companies for long-term success. Born in Brazil with ties to a strong Italian immigrant family, among other degrees, Leticia holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University, a certificate from the Venture Capital University at Berkeley, and a certification in Securities Law from Cornell University. A licensed attorney in both Brazil and California, she has been working with businesses since 2018, initially as Chief Strategy Officer and then as Chief Legal Officer, before founding Zecca Ross Law Firm. She also has extensive experience in tax law, representing clients before the IRS, FTB, EDD, and CDTFA.
