David Zagoria

Attorney David Zagoria has been practicing law for more than 20 years, serving as a Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney in Fulton County and as a prosecutor in Gwinnett and DeKalb Counties, before starting his private practice. David leverages the expertise gained working in criminal law to advocate for clients in a variety of personal injury cases. David’s years of courtroom experience inform his approach to personal injury law. Every case he takes on is investigated as thoroughly as possible to be prepared in the event it has to be argued before a jury. One example of this is a case for a client whose leg was seriously injured by a commercial vehicle. The insurance company’s offer of settlement was too low, so David took the case to trial and won a significantly larger verdict for his client. It is a good example of what he finds rewarding about personal injury law – helping people who have truly been injured due to no fault of their own.
