William Bowser

Bill Bowser has represented both private and public employers on a full range of labor and employment matters for over 20 years and is ranked as a top employment lawyer in Delaware by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America. Bill joined Young Conaway in 1993, after over four years as New Castle County Attorney. Bill defends employers in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and "whistleblower" lawsuits in state and federal courts.
