David Caputo

I am a Harvard Law School graduate and a former federal prosecutor who handles both catastrophic injury cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and government fraud whistleblower cases nationwide. I am an experienced trial lawyer with nearly 20 years of representing injured victims and their families. I have multiple seven and eight figure jury verdicts as lead counsel, and I have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of my clients. I also have been lead counsel for a number of whistleblowers whose cases have resulted in the United States recovering hundreds of millions of dollars lost to fraud. In 2017, my partner and I left the largest plaintiffs' trial lawyer firm in Pennsylvania to start our own firm dedicated to handling high value claims with the personalized client attention of a small firm.
