Frank Ventre

Frank Ventre, principal attorney, is a local lawyer who will provide personal service when you call the office. You will speak directly with Mr. Ventre and not handed down to a lower level associate. He is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law with Juris Doctor Degree; admitted to the New York bar in 1965. A member of New York State and American Bar Associations. Admitted to practice in South Carolina; the Federal Court in the Northern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ventre served as special trial counsel to the City of Syracuse, and as committee member of the Insurance, Negligence and Compensation Law Section, and Committee on Products Liability Insurance of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and served as a member of the Special Committee on Equitable Distribution, Committee on Quality of Family Law Practice and Committee on Certification of Family Law Specialists. He has extensive experience in complex divorce, custody and family court cases. Mr. Ventre is a member of the Elder Law and Special Need Section of the New York Bar and helps clients and their families to create wills, trusts and estate planning that include Medicaid and nursing home planning, caretaker services and preservation of family estates. He will work with you to develop a compete estate plan, help protect family assets and assist in the orderly administration of your estate.
