Nils P. Wyosnick

Nils Wyosnick is a criminal defense attorney in Madison, Wisconsin, representing clients throughout Dane County and surrounding counties, including Iowa, Rock, Green, Lafayette, Richland and Columbia. His practice focuses on OWI/DUI defense and misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. Nils is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Illinois. A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Nils began his career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive trial and courtroom experience in some of the busiest courts in the nation. He later transitioned to private practice and has represented thousands of clients facing criminal and drunk driving charges in Wisconsin and Illinois. Nils has extensive experience with jury and bench trial, and has argued countless evidence suppression motions.
