I have more than 28 years of criminal defense and governmental service experience. I have defended people charged with virtually all types of crimes, including capital murder, drug crimes, robbery, sex offenses, embezzlement, DUI, juvenile delinquency/youthful offender actions, and misdemeanors. I have secured favorable results for thousands of clients, including acquittals at trial, dismissals, and successfully negotiated dispositions. My colleagues and I are committed to continuing our mastery of criminal procedure, the evidence code, trial strategy, constitutional law, and substantive criminal and governmental regulatory codes.
