Andrew Wooley

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and now reside in Dallas, Texas with my wife and children. I represent injured clients across Texas and have tried numerous cases, achieving jury verdicts up to 10 times the insurance company’s highest offer. After high school, I attended Texas Tech University where I was a founding father of the Alpha Tau Omega’s Zeta Eta chapter. Initially, I worked at Ernst & Young before returning to Texas Tech to pursue a law degree. I graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013. During my time in law school, I clerked at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals, where I interacted with judges daily. Before starting my own firm, I worked at an insurance defense firm where I gained valuable pretrial and trial skills. It was there I realized my true passion was working for individuals rather than Fortune 500 companies. Disheartened by how insurance companies treated their clients, I decided to start my own practice to better serve individuals in addressing, fighting, and resolving their personal legal issues. I am also a passionate sports fan. Being from San Antonio and a Texas Tech alumnus, I am a fan of the San Antonio Spurs and the Red Raiders. I enjoy playing basketball in local recreational leagues, participating in triathlons, and traveling. Additionally, I dedicate some of my free time to volunteering at the Dallas Humane Society and with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
