Kristofer Womack

Kristofer Jacob Womack: Jake is an experienced attorney who has been licensed to practice law in Oregon since 2010. In 2012, he began his career in public service with the Center for Non-Profit Legal Services in Medford, Oregon, where he developed a strong commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved communities. That same year, he also entered private practice alongside retired Ashland Municipal Judge Allen Drescher, focusing primarily on estate planning. Throughout his career, Jake has worked extensively with indigent clients, both in Oregon and later with Anishinabe Legal Services in Minnesota. His practice has spanned a range of critical legal areas, including landlord-tenant disputes, consumer protection, civil commitments, and cases involving children in need of protection and services. His work has consistently reflected a deep dedication to advocating for those who may otherwise lack access to legal representation. In addition to his legal practice, Jake has been actively involved in community outreach initiatives aimed at educating individuals about their legal rights and available resources.
