About
I have extensive experience in both domestic and international dispute resolution, handling matters that include contracts, torts, corporate governance litigation, and insurance litigation and arbitration. I frequently advise clients on strategies to avoid litigation and assess legal and business risks. Before co-founding WFPC, I worked at several prominent New York law firms and served as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, where I taught legal ethics. My practice has involved representing clients in resolving commercial disputes and investigations across various industries, such as energy, insurance, and financial services, at state, federal, and international levels. I provide clients with in-depth legal analysis to evaluate risks and predict potential outcomes of litigation strategies. Additionally, I have significant experience conducting internal investigations and managing due diligence projects. I am also committed to civic and charitable efforts aimed at strengthening communities. I have been a long-time board member of the Kings Bay YM-YWHA in Brooklyn, NY, and I actively support my graduate alma mater through the Penn Law Alumni Society Board of Managers. Furthermore, I serve as a member of the City of Stamford’s Board of Ethics. I earned my B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and my J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where I was awarded Order of the Coif. I also completed my LL.M. in International Trade and Business magna cum laude at Fordham University School of Law. I am admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, several federal jurisdictions, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
