Parveen Kanda

I draw on my experience to provide plaintiffs with a strategic advantage in even the most challenging employment discrimination cases. My practice focuses on employment discrimination and harassment claims, as well as cases involving wage and hour violations. I am dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes for individuals who have faced mistreatment in the workplace. I have represented clients who have recovered millions of dollars due to unpaid wages, workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. I earned my B.A. from San Francisco State University and my J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, where I received multiple awards for academic achievements. During law school, I interned with a non-profit organization in San Francisco that focused on civil rights and immigration, allowing me to engage with members of the local community. My passion for advocating for employees began after interning at the EEOC and participating in its outreach programs, where I developed a strong commitment to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries or violations of their civil rights.
