Charlie Case is a partner at Winburn, Case, Schrader & Shram, PLLC in Little Rock, Arkansas, a boutique firm concentrating in estate planning, elder law, business planning, and asset protection. He brings an uncommon background to his legal practice: before earning his J.D. cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, Charlie spent more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry focused on engineering, strategic planning, and capital management. He also holds an MBA from the Sam M.
