B. Chase Elleby

Chase Elleby is a partner at Williams Elleby Howard & Easter representing people who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence. He handles a variety of personal injury cases including auto and truck collisions, school bus accidents, medical malpractice, negligent security, wrongful death, and day care injuries. Chase can help with every step of the claims process. Utilizing his negotiation and litigation skills, Chase has recovered millions and millions of dollars for his clients. Prior to representing the injured and their families, Chase represented corporations and insurance companies. His prior experience as a defense attorney gives Chase a unique perspective in understanding how insurance companies work, which he now uses for his clients’ benefit. Chase’s extensive knowledge of automobile insurance law and medical billing and medical insurance coverage is often instrumental in maximizing his client’s recovery. Chase was raised in Kennesaw, Georgia where he graduated from Kennesaw Mountain High School. After high school, he attended Florida State University earning dual degrees in Political Science and Social Science. Chase then studied law at Georgia State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, he earned numerous awards for his performance in the classroom. Chase is admitted to practice law in all Georgia trial courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia. In his spare time, Chase enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
