My practice is limited to Family Law and Criminal Defense. I also am able to prepare simplified wills. If I am not able to help you or your family with an area of law, I have an extensive network of attorneys I can refer cases to. I was Partner with Bigney & Orth P.A. for 9 years where my specialties were the same as they are now. Prior to that, I was an Assistant State Attorney in Seminole County. In my years as an attorney in Florida, I have been lead trial attorney in over 100 jury trials. My wife Kristie and I have two kids. I am active in the Altamonte Springs Rotary Club, as a Board Member with the J. Douglas Williams TMCA (Lake Mary), member of the Altamonte Springs Rotary Club and volunteer at Kids House of Seminole, Inc.
