About
Bill Lalor brings 25 years of legal experience across New York, Connecticut, and North Carolina, representing diverse individual and commercial clients in business disputes, complex insurance coverage, employment disputes and negotiations, probate, real estate, small business, personal injury, and education law. He has litigated cases in federal, state, and specialized courts nationwide, representing major clients including CNA insurers and Lloyd's of London. Bill has served as National Coordinating Counsel for Alcoa Inc., Arkema, and BP Chemicals. He is admitted in Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, and and Massachusetts, and in all U.S. District Courts in New York and Connecticut. Previously a partner at a Manhattan firm, Bill worked in CNA's corporate law department and in tax/advisory practices at PwC and Deloitte. He also served as Campaign Manager and counsel for a U.S. House campaign. Bill earned his J.D. and undergraduate Accounting degree from Penn State (1999, 1996), serving as Editor-in-Chief of the environmental law review. His writing has appeared in The New York Law Journal, Forbes, Risk Management Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Examiner, and The Hartford Courant. Active in Wilton, Connecticut civic life, Bill has served on the Council on Ethics, Parks and Recreation Commission, and chaired the Republican Town Committee (2017-2019). He has also coached youth soccer and sports and has an active pro bono docket. Bill lives in Wilton with his wife Jennifer, a Speech-Language Pathologist and Board of Education member, and their children Katelyn and Evan. He is Of Counsel with Los Angeles-based Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.
