I have been practicing law since 1981,initially licensed in Washington D.C., subsequently in Maryland in 1982and in Virginia in 1984. I am also admitted in all Federal Courts DC, Maryland and Virginia.My primary focus is on legal collections and creditor's rights for financial institutions, including major Federal Credit Unions. Additionally, I possess substantial experience in handling creditor's rights in bankruptcy cases, specifically under Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7.
