Domenic Nicotra

I am a member of the workers’ compensation team at The Wilhite Law Firm, where I am committed to helping injured workers navigate the legal system with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Whether advocating in the courtroom or advising a client one-on-one, I bring a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every case. Since being admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2015, I have practiced in civil litigation, criminal defense, and business law. This diverse experience gives me a broad perspective on legal challenges and allows me to craft strategic, well-rounded solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2014 and hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Marist College, where I graduated in 2008. I am known for my genuine care and steady professionalism, and I believe in providing full-scope representation that addresses not only the legal aspects of a case, but the human impact as well. I strive to be approachable, responsive, and committed to achieving meaningful results for those I represent. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing guitar, golfing, snowboarding, playing ice hockey, and spending time outdoors.
