Boyd Otho Wiggam

Boyd O. Wiggam is the owner and attorney at Wiggam Law Office, LLC. He returned to solo practice focusing on representing debtors in bankruptcy. Boyd initially founded Wiggam Law Office in 2017. Boyd has also worked as a policy analyst for a public policy think tank in Wyoming and was a candidate for Laramie County Commissioner in 2018 and for Cheyenne City Council in 2020. Boyd has a history of assisting various businesses serving farmers and landowners in eastern Laramie County. A Wyoming native, Boyd was raised on a farm in Eastern Laramie County , received an undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming, did graduate coursework in Community and Regional Planning at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and received his law degree from the College of William & Mary in Virginia. When not serving his clients, Boyd enjoys spending time with his family, working the farmland previously farmed by generations of his ancestors, and serving the community on the Cheyenne City Planning Commission, the Cheyenne MPO Citizens' Advisory Committee, and serving the Wyoming State Bar's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section leadership committee.
