Oliver Judson Mallory

I am a Partner at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, GA, where I work with individuals and businesses to address various IRS and state tax matters. My practice involves resolving issues related to tax settlements, compliance, appeals representation, offshore foreign bank reporting compliance, audit representation, innocent spouse relief, levy releases, penalty waivers or abatements, and lien release or withdrawals. I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating with High Distinction for Pro Bono service. While there, I served as a Graduate Research Assistant and a Student Attorney in the Georgia State Low-Income Taxpayer’s Clinic. Additionally, I held roles as Treasurer and Webmaster for the Legal Society for Intimate Violence Education (LIVE). Before attending law school, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Samford University. I assist and represent taxpayers in a broad range of IRS and state tax matters, including offer settlements, tax compliance, appeals representation, offshore foreign bank reporting compliance, audit representation, innocent spouse relief, levy releases, penalty waivers or abatements, and lien release or withdrawals.
