Jacob C. White

I am a shareholder at Wiener, Weiss & Madison, having joined the firm in 2025. My practice primarily focuses on transactional matters, including Corporate, Partnership, S-Corporation, Trust, and Non-Profit planning, with a particular emphasis on federal and state taxation. I work closely with clients to address various business and tax issues and assist in the preparation and implementation of complex estate plans under Louisiana and Texas law. In addition to my transactional practice, I have extensive experience representing clients in Louisiana probate proceedings. I also provide guidance on a range of entity, fiduciary, and real estate matters. I am a Board Certified Tax Law Specialist and a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
