Seth M. Moyers

Seth Moyers is a shareholder with Wiener, Weiss & Madison. He joined the firm in 2009 and practices primarily in the areas of collections, bankruptcies, and other commercial litigation. Seth has represented both commercial and individual creditors throughout the collections process, including settlements and judicial collection proceedings in both Louisiana State Courts and United States Bankruptcy Courts.
