William H. Lively, Jr., has represented East Texas families and small businesses in financial distress for over 28 years. In addition to representing clients in over 7000 bankruptcy cases, he has argued successfully in front of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member and Fellow of the State Bar of Texas foundation, which is selected from the top 1/3 of 1% of attorneys in the State of Texas.
