After years of working exclusively in the Chattanooga area, Tim has now linked up with this tremendous team of trial attorneys in John Whitfield, Chuck Flynn, and Sarah Bearden to represent clients throughout Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and beyond. However, helping the community we live in is a cornerstone principle for Tim. With the desire to invest and help the people of Hamilton County and the surrounding area Tim has become of counsel with Best and Brock. First and foremost, Tim is a trial attorney. His practice focuses on all matters of personal injury and wrongful death; with a focus in trial work and research and writing.
