David Christensen

I am a seasoned criminal defense attorney with a robust background in handling a wide array of criminal jury trials. My experience includes cases related to controlled substances, narcotics, drugs, cannibas, delta 8, delta 9, murder, rape, robbery, DUI, burglary, theft, and assault. I primarily practice in the criminal, chancery, circuit, and general sessions courts of Franklin (Williamson County) and Columbia / Mt. Pleasant (Maury County) in Tennessee. My academic journey took me to Ole Miss where I completed my undergraduate studies, followed by earning my juris doctorate from the University of Memphis. I am certified to defend individuals accused of crimes that could result in the death penalty. Additionally, I serve on the hearing committee for the Board of Professional Responsibility.
