Mary Finke

Mary E. Finke is a committed personal injury attorney, driven by a desire to help those in need, shaped by her upbringing in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains of southwestern Virginia. She attended Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia, receiving a B.A. in Psychology in 2014. She attended Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, where she received an M.A. in Forensic and Legal Psychology in 2018, before pursuing her J.D. at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law as a part-time evening student. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. While in law school, Mary distinguished herself as a Competition Member on the Moot Court Team and served as President of the Evening Law Student’s Association. Her commitment to service was recognized with the Highest Pro Bono Distinction for completing over 150 hours of pro bono work. Mary received the Columbus Award, voted by her peers as the student who best embodies the spirit of the law school, along with multiple accolades for her outstanding dedication to the law school community, including the First Lap, Second Mile, Marathon, and Triathlon awards. As a personal injury attorney, Mary specializes in a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, and slip-and-fall incidents. Known for her empathy and client-focused approach, she zealously advocates for her clients, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes.
