Anders Wenstrand

I’m Anders Wenstrand-Nausthaug, a civil litigator and the founder of Wenstrand Law LLC, based in Cranford, New Jersey. I’m licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Arizona, and I represent both businesses and individuals in a range of commercial and consumer litigation matters. My practice includes handling contract and construction disputes, defamation cases, real property issues, landlord - tenant issues, estate planning and probate or estate-related litigation. In my career, I served as a U.S. Army officer and worked as a public defender. These experiences, combined with several years in the corporate world and four years in the digital-asset industry, have shaped my approach to providing disciplined courtroom advocacy and practical, business-oriented legal counsel. I earned my J.D. from New York Law School and also had the opportunity to study at the London School of Economics. In my work, I focus on clear communication, developing early case strategies, and using efficient motion practice to move cases toward resolution or trial.
