Bradley Paul Rothman

I am a Southwest Florida attorney board certified in labor and employment law by the Florida Bar. My practice focuses on employment law, insurance claims, whistleblower representation, and civil litigation. Much of my law practice involves the representation of current and former employees denied proper compensation; victimized by discrimination or retaliation in the workplace; or requiring legal assistance with non-compete agreements. I'm also heavily involved with the representation of families and businesses denied appropriate insurance coverage following Hurricane Irma. Additionally, I provide representation for Medicare fraud whistleblowers, sexual abuse victims, and most business litigation matters. I have an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and have been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine. In the legal community, I serve as a Director for the Southwest Florida Federal Court Bar Association, and as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Board Certification Committee for the Florida Bar. I'm also involved with the Collier County Bar Association, the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Michael R.N. McDonnell American Inn of Court. I'm licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, in the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
