Joseph Allan Weir

Joe is a Middle Tennessee native. Growing up in West and South Nashville he personally witnessed the massive population growth. He attended Middle Tennessee State University and then attended law school at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating law school in 2005, Joe started his legal career at the Nashville law office Feeney & Murray, P.C. where he practiced insurance defense. After two years defending cases against injury victims, Joe realized his passion was helping injury victims, not defending the deep pockets of insurance companies. Joe established a personal injury practice in 2009 in Smyrna, Tennessee. and in just three short years, he partnered with Tony Kestner and Weir & Kestner Injury Lawyers was born. Since 2009, WK has added offices in Murfreesboro, Nashville and Chattanooga. With a focus on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases, Joe continues to expand practice areas and works tirelessly to develop an unparalleled client experience.
