A lifelong resident of the Greater Sacramento region, Uri earned his bachelor’s degree from the California State University, Sacramento and earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Uri participated on the mock trial team and served as an editor for the school’s Law Review Journal. After earning his law degree, Uri began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in San Joaquin County and later in El Dorado County, where he prosecuted a wide range of felony and misdemeanor matters, including domestic violence, elder abuse, and child abuse cases. Drawing on his experience as a prosecutor, Uri brings extensive trial and negotiation skills to resolving even the most complex trust and probate disputes. His background as both a negotiator and a seasoned trial attorney allows him to advocate effectively for his clients at every stage of litigation, addressing all facets of their legal needs with skill and precision.
