Jeffrey L Weinstein

Attorney Jeff Weinstein grew up in Fort Worth. After high school, he attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned a degree in finance. However, he realized that to truly make a difference in people's lives, he needed to become a lawyer rather than an accountant. Jeff pursued his law degree at Southern Methodist University, working his way through school as a talent agent, where he booked bands for events at college campuses across Texas and Oklahoma. Jeff started his legal journey at a small insurance defense firm before serving as an assistant district attorney in Dallas. During that time, he gained significant courtroom experience, taking more than 300 jury trials to verdict. Later, he joined a Wall Street firm in Dallas, where Jeff further developed his understanding of car wrecks and insurance claims. Eventually, Jeff transitioned to plaintiff's law, where he could represent individuals who had been injured through no fault of their own. Seeing how insurance companies often took advantage of people, he realized he could help them fight back to secure the financial compensation they deserved. Today, Jeff remains committed to advocating for injured individuals in Henderson County and throughout East Texas. His Texas firm, Weinstein Law, represents people hurt in car wrecks, truck accidents, motorcycle collisions, claims involving drunk or distracted drivers, and other personal injury cases, helping them navigate their recovery and seek justice.
