Diana Lopez

Diana Lopez earned her Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy School of Law, where she served in multiple leadership roles within the Law Students Association, including President and Vice President. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate. Diana represents clients across a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including family law, probate and trust litigation, elder law, general civil litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. Her experience includes divorce and custody proceedings, domestic violence restraining orders, contested probate matters, trust disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and other complex civil cases. She is responsible for all phases of litigation, including case strategy, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, settlement negotiations, and preparation for evidentiary hearings and trial. Diana regularly prepares and argues motions and appears in court for hearings across a variety of contested matters. Before becoming an attorney, Diana worked extensively as a paralegal, where she developed a strong foundation in case management, court procedures, and litigation support. This experience informs her thorough, organized, and client-focused approach to representation. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively serves Spanish-speaking clients throughout California.
