Kimberly Rizzotti Weber

Kimberly Rizzotti Weber is a co-founder of Weber Pierce, LLP. Kim has almost 30 years of civil litigation and trial experience beginning her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Kim also worked for insurance defense firms in Boston, MA and Atlanta, GA. For the last 20 years, Kim has focused her practice in real estate disputes, title litigation, breach of contract cases, business and commercial litigation, as well as banking and financial services litigation. Kim is a registered mediator and is licensed to practice before all trial and appellate courts in Georgia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, Massachusetts State and Superior Courts, and the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.
