Sarah Vitelli

Attorney Sarah Vitelli dedicates her entire practice to Immigration Law. Her practice focuses on family-based petitions (spouse, fiance, child, parent, sibling), work-related nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, O-1A, O-1B, P, etc.), PERM/employment-based immigrant processing, citizenship, asylum, and representation in deportation/removal hearings. Attorney Vitelli also handles DACA applications, and I-601A provisional unlawful presence waivers. She is an advocate for immigration reform and is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serving as co-chair of the New Members Division for two years. Since 2013 Attorney Vitelli has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star every year for her work in Immigration Law.
