D. Brannon Byers

Attorney D. Brannon Byers joined the now Washington Legal Group Law Firm in it’s initial phase as Bell & Washington in 2010 as an Associate Attorney after graduating from Georgia State College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor Degree. He brings his 10 years of family law experience to the firm and specializes in complex divorces, high-asset property division, alimony, paternity, custody, visitation and child support arrears & issues. Attorney Byers has made it his mission to help families through difficult times by providing comprehensive representation and guidance on all aspects of family law matters. Today, Brannon is the Managing Attorney for the Family Law Practice at Bell & Washington. During his tenure here, he has helped countless couples resolve their legal issues. He is a Member of the Family Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia and is also proud to have been selected as a Georgia Trend Legal Elite in 2020 and 2021. Brannon was born and raised in North Augusta, South Carolina. He now resides in Atlanta with his wife and two young children.
