Jeff S. Gibson

Throughout my years of legal practice, I’ve built a reputation as a leader in the field. I’ve had the privilege of serving on steering committees for several drug and medical device litigation cases. Beyond medical and pharmaceutical litigation, I frequently represent survivors of sexual violence. My work in this area has included assisting Olympic-level athletes, clergy abuse survivors, and patients from residential treatment facilities. My colleagues at Wagner Reese and I are deeply committed to amplifying the voices of those silenced by sexual violence for far too long. We continue to represent individuals harmed in these ways, with a focus on addressing the injustices that have persisted for decades. In addition to my practice, I’m a published legal author, with multiple works featured in legal journals. I’ve also had the honor of speaking as a keynote presenter at various legal conferences and seminars, including Mass Torts Made Perfect, National Business Institute Continuing Legal Education, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. I’m proud to be a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, an organization dedicated to advocating for crime victims in civil actions. Some of my professional honors include being named to Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Rising Stars on multiple occasions. I’ve also been recognized by the National Trial Lawyer Association with the “40 Under 40” award. Additionally, I’m an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
