Autumn Seib

I focus my practice on representing patients and their families in medical malpractice cases, though I also frequently handle other personal injury and wrongful death claims. I grew up in Lapeer, Michigan, and graduated as the valedictorian of my high school. I attended Central Michigan University, where I studied political science, psychology, and philosophy, earning both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees with perfect GPAs in just four years. Following my undergraduate studies, I received a scholarship to attend Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where I obtained my juris doctorate. Before joining Wagner Reese, LLP, I worked as a litigator at a respected Indianapolis defense law firm. There, I represented healthcare providers and insurance companies in medical malpractice, personal injury, and property damage cases. My experience as a defense attorney has given me insight into the strategies and arguments commonly employed by opponents, as well as the tools to address and overcome them effectively. I have been honored with several recognitions, including Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024-current), Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2025-current), and Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Litigation (2023-2024). I am admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the State of Michigan, as well as in Indiana's federal courts.
