Timothy Devereux

I have been practicing law for 34 years, dedicating my career to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. My work has included handling matters involving product liability, construction site injuries, industrial accidents, commercial trucking collisions, and other catastrophic personal injury cases. I’ve managed cases across the United States and hold licenses to practice in Indiana, Illinois, Texas, and Colorado. I’m also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the 10th and 7th Circuit Courts of Appeals, and numerous other federal courts. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of arguing cases before the Indiana and Colorado Supreme Courts, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Court of Appeals. I’m proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and to be a member of ITLA’s College of Fellows. I actively participate in ITLA’s Legislative Working Group and often speak at ITLA programs and National Business Institute seminars. My contributions extend to the Indianapolis Bar Association, where I served on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section for many years, chaired the committee in 2018, and held the role of Vice President in 2019. In 2015, I was honored to be named a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Outside of my practice, I enjoy sharing knowledge as a guest lecturer at Indiana University – Bloomington and presenting nationally broadcast webinars on construction site injuries. I’ve also contributed to legal scholarship as a nationally published author, writing chapters for Matthew Bender’s Products Liability Practice Guide and Am Jur Trials. Alongside my colleagues at Wagner Reese, LLP, I work on cases across all areas of plaintiffs’ personal injury law, focusing on product liability, construction site injuries, industrial accidents, motorcycle crashes, medical malpractice, commercial trucking collisions, and other catastrophic injury cases.
