Frank Spinella

I have a general commercial litigation practice focusing primarily on construction claims, trade regulation, business torts, creditors’ rights, UCC and contract claims. I have had numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I'm listed in Best Lawyers in America® in Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Construction Litigation, and was named Manchester's 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Construction Litigation. I am a New Hampshire Superior Court mediator, and am on the American Arbitration Association's roster of construction arbitrators. I am also an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University, where I teach Construction Law and Contracts to budding project managers.
