Michael M. Roberts is a personal injury attorney with Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys in Phoenix, Arizona. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University in 2003, graduating cum laude. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2009, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, he served on Creighton’s Moot Court Board and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. After law school, Mike returned to Phoenix and completed a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable John C. Gemmill at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Following his clerkship, he worked as an associate at a civil litigation defense firm and later served as in-house legal counsel for a large insurance company, gaining substantial experience in litigation and insurance defense. In 2018, Mike joined Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys. His background representing insurance companies provides him with a unique perspective when advocating for injured clients and navigating the litigation process. Mike was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, and exercising. He is also a huge fan of the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona Cardinals.
