Jeffrey Lee Wagoner

I am Jeff Wagoner, the founder, President, and Attorney at W M LAW. I earned my Juris Doctor in 1995 from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Over the past 30 years, my primary focus has been assisting individuals and small businesses with compassion and care, while delivering advanced legal services in the areas of Consumer and Small Business Bankruptcy as well as Estate Planning and Probate. I am licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri. Throughout my career, I have been honored with several awards and recognitions for my professionalism and dedication to my clients. These include being named a Super Lawyer for multiple consecutive years, receiving the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year award, and being recognized as a Best of the Bar Bankruptcy Attorney. I have also served on the Attorney Advisory Committee to the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. Additionally, I have written articles and created numerous educational and informative video blogs, which are available on W M LAW's YouTube channel. I am also a retired U.S. Navy Captain, having served during the Persian Gulf War—Desert Storm. During my military career, I commanded three Navy Reserve Units and was honored with several military decorations and medals. When it comes to hobbies, I have a passion for cars. I founded the Kansas City Automotive Museum and currently serve on its Board of Directors. However, my favorite pastime is spending time with my family. Now that my kids are older, I truly miss the joy of coaching their sports teams!
