Ben Volpe

I founded Volpe Law in 2020 with the goal of bringing my knowledge and experience in civil litigation into a local firm setting where I could provide legal services to community members and local and regional businesses. I take pride in serving clients in both transactional and litigation matters. At Volpe Law, my team and I handle a range of legal areas, including construction litigation, liens, real estate disputes, business and partnership disputes, tort litigation, commercial litigation, leasing, and insurance. Additionally, I enjoy helping clients reduce the risk of litigation by focusing on strong contract drafting and offering sound legal counsel tailored to their needs. Before starting Volpe Law, I worked at a Denver-based law firm specializing in insurance defense and construction litigation. My practice there concentrated on construction defect litigation, breach of warranty and builder disputes, business and commercial litigation, and multi-state complex general casualty litigation. During law school, I prioritized gaining practical legal experience and developing my career over engaging in classroom politics, competition, and theoretical lectures. I believed that much of those pursuits benefited the institution more than the students. Today, my skills in legal analysis, writing, client relations, and courtroom advocacy stem from that focus. Before law school, I worked in both local and federal investigations and law enforcement. I hold a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, a Master's Degree from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. I am admitted to practice law in Colorado and am an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Trout Unlimited - Business, and Parker Chamber of Commerce. I was also honored to be selected to the Super Lawyers 2023 Colorado Rising Stars list.
