H. Patrick Weir Jr.

I am a senior partner at Vogel Law Firm, where I lead the wrongful death and personal injury practice groups. Since 1990, I have dedicated my career to representing individuals and families who have experienced serious or fatal injuries due to someone else’s actions. Over the years, I have achieved millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients pursuing personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability claims. While my practice is primarily based in North Dakota and Minnesota, I have also represented clients and handled cases across the United States, including in South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina. I earned my undergraduate degree in 1985 from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of Denver - College of Law in 1989. Additionally, I have served as an adjunct professor of litigation at Minnesota State University in Moorhead, Minnesota. My wife and I have four grown children, and I enjoy spending time with my family and grandchildren. In my free time, I like playing hockey, downhill skiing, reading, and golfing.
