Vladimir Tsirkin

Attorney Vladimir Tsirkin is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey, and U.S. Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey and Southern District of Florida. He also is a registered patent attorney registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Attorney Vladimir Tsirkin received his Juris Doctor degree (JD) from Rutgers University School of Law, and a degree of Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Naval Engineering Institute. Prior to becoming a lawyer, VladimirI worked as a computer engineer for global financial companies Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, and served as a Naval Officer for a number of years.
