Nicholas Dollenmaier

I am a trial attorney and Partner at Vito & Dollenmaier Law. I represent individuals and families across Rolling Meadows and Chicago’s northwest suburbs who have been injured because of someone else’s negligence. My practice focuses on personal injury and civil litigation, including auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other serious injury cases. I’ve been recognized among the Top 40 Under 40 – Civil Plaintiff attorneys by The National Trial Lawyers and named an Elite Lawyer for Accidents & Injuries. Since being admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, I’ve dedicated my career to standing up for injury victims and ensuring they receive fair and full compensation for their losses. I earned my Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Western Illinois University. My economics background helps me understand the financial realities my clients face after an accident and the tactics insurance companies use to minimize claims—insights I use to strengthen every case I take on. Outside the courtroom, I’m actively involved in the legal and local community. I’m a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. I’ve also served on the Woodfield Area Children’s Organization’s board, co-founded The Giving Group, and served as a trustee in Fremont Township. I take pride in offering straightforward communication, detailed case preparation, and results-driven advocacy.
