Taylor has talked to more than 12,000 lawyers and doctors regarding brain injury litigation. Taylor has over 20 seven-figure case results, many eight-figure results and was lead counsel on more than 15 of them. One of his most recent cases was a Traumatic Brain Injury case which brought about a $5.65M verdict against a zero offer from the defense. Of late, Taylor has been told his verdicts were in the top 100 in the United States in 2020, and the top 20 in California, with similar results expected for 2022. Taylor sits on the editorial board of Trial Guides, a legal publishing company that assists trial lawyers win cases by publishing cutting-edge approaches from the nation’s leading trial lawyers.
