I am a New York State licensed attorney, but at heart, I am an entrepreneur. I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners to help ensure their success. My goal is to provide legal advice that focuses on the business, not just the law. In addition to my law degree from Rutgers University, I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Baruch College in New York City. I know how small businesses work and what their owners need. I do not simply tell you what the law says, I explain how the law will affect your business, in an easy to understand, non legalese way. My intent is to help your business grow, not hinder it. I believe law should be accessible to everyone, both financially and conveniently. That is why I started this virtual law office.
